By agreeing to our services, the customer acknowledges that all rates have been clearly explained and understands that charges are calculated on a port-to-port basis.

A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is required at the time of booking. This deposit covers costs associated with dispatching a technician. The deposit remains non-refundable in the following cases:

• The service call is canceled after the unit has been dispatched.

• The technician arrives on-site, but the driver has left, making service impossible.

By proceeding with our services, the customer accepts these terms.
